Complimentary Insured Shipping & Easy Returns Policy:

A common inquiry we address is, "What should I do if my purchase is damaged upon arrival?"

Enjoy complimentary insured delivery on your bathroom vanity purchases. Rest assured, every order is fully protected against transit damage and defects from the manufacturer. Should your item arrive damaged, simply decline the delivery, document the damage on the delivery record (and take photos with your smartphone if possible). We'll promptly send a replacement. If a replacement can't be sent in time, you'll receive a full refund.

In cases where the delivery person does not permit inspection of the item(s) before acceptance, you're still safeguarded against hidden damage. We ask that you record on the delivery document that inspection was denied, take note of the box condition, and then inform us of any damages or defects within 24 hours by email or phone. We will facilitate the replacement of the item(s) swiftly. Should the damaged or defective goods not be required back at our warehouse, we might arrange for them to be donated to a charity like Habitat for Humanity.

Should you receive an item that doesn't match the description or the wrong item due to our mistake, we will organize a replacement or return to our warehouse at no expense to you.

Please note that handcrafted wood furniture and countertops made of stone, quartz, ceramic, or glass may display natural variations in color, texture, shading, veining, etc., and size discrepancies up to 1-inch. If precise measurements are critical for your space, we encourage you to contact us in advance through any method listed below, so we can arrange for precise measurements of the products you're interested in:

Vanities Return Policy

As mentioned on each product page for our furniture, all sales of furniture items are final. We encourage you to carefully review the products before completing your purchase.

We recognize that sometimes purchases do not meet our customers' requirements. If this happens, we urge you to get in touch with our customer service team right away at returns@kitchbath.io  We'll do our best to address the issue before the item leaves our warehouse. Once the order has been processed by the warehouse, it might be too late to cancel or modify it.

In the event that your item arrives damaged, please refrain from signing for or accepting the item during delivery and inspection. If the damage is discovered after acceptance, you must send photos of the damaged packaging and product within the first 48 hours. Since carriers have a two-business-day deadline for filing a freight claim, it's crucial to contact our customer service without delay to report any damages.

Should the item be undamaged but defective in a way that affects its intended use, contact us immediately. We will work directly with the manufacturer to rectify the issue.

All other items  Return Policy

To receive credit for returned items, a Returned Goods Authorization is necessary. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied, along with a re-boxing charge if necessary. Products cannot be returned if they have been in your possession for more than 30 days from the invoice date. Additionally, we do not accept returns on special order or discontinued products. For an item to be eligible for credit, it must be returned in its original packaging and must be in perfect, resalable condition. KitchBath reserves the right to approve all returns. The cost of return freight will be borne by the dealer. We understand that some situations are unique and will do our best to work with every situation. 

Order Cancellations:

Orders being canceled before delivery are not guaranteed. Requesting an order to be canceled does NOT mean that one will be granted. If the order is already in en-route, the order can not be canceled. If the order has not been processed or shipped, payment will be refunded in full.
